Commissioned by The Damned / Dave Vanian as official merch, this print is inspired by objects / items around Vanian's home.
When initailly discussing the idea of making a print that would be a sort gothic / stately image of the Damned frontman, and taking into account Vanian's collection of antique sicence equipment, I knew I wanted to nod towards the late Bernie Wrightson in the tone of the piece. Not quite a homage, but definitely a tribute to an artistic powerhouse.
